Trevor views the power of coaching as its ability to support people to enhance their individuality and step up towards greater success and fulfilment. He has a particular interest in the leverage that can be gained from building on a client’s values, signature strengths, personality, learning style and team role preferences.

Coaching is something he has done extensively having worked in marketing and advertising for 13 years; leading and motivating cross-functional in-house teams to deliver client objectives. As well as running teams he has managed multi-million pound income and expenditure budgets and worked with numerous different organisational cultures.

Trevor’s professional training includes an MA in European Management from Cranfield and diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct Marketing.

He is accredited by The International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. He trained with the U.S. based Coaches’ Training Institute and the UK based Coaching Academy.
