Russell is a passionate, driven and person-centered leadership development professional. His career has ranged from process re-engineering, sales channel development, customer experience programmes through to assessing and developing leadership behaviours and developing and embedding leadership behavioural change programmes.

He has a wealth of experience as a developer of people, teams and leaders through his work as an internal and external consultant. Russell was Head of Learning and Development with Virgin Media and Talent Manager at Abbey where he developed programmes and processes that identified and coached high potential senior managers as they progressed through the organisations leadership pipeline.

Russell is a member of the International Coaching Federation and qualified in psychometric administration and testing.
