Rob has a strong blue-chip background having worked for Vodafone, Accenture and Mars. In roles spanning sales, marketing, product management, strategy and HR, Rob often describes himself as a jack-of-all-trades. This means he has the skills to coach and facilitate people and teams from a wide variety of backgrounds and with a wide variety of needs.

Rob has delivered many learning interventions for organisations including Cisco, Tetra Pak, Vodafone, Vodacom, O2 and at leading business schools including London Business School and Oxford Said Business School.
