iOpener carries out major international contracts in 2007 :

Designing and delivering a strategy and team session for a global team of 120 executives from packaging giant Tetra Pak in Gubbio which included:
- Content development with the management team
- Designing and developing a kart building team exercise, Moroccan-style picnic and painting
- Cascade for 5 other teams within the organisation
Designing and delivering ‘Riding the Waves’ conference for an extended and global management team based in Italy:
- Strategy and content development
- Communications strategy and implementation
- Coaching for the project team
Forging a new relationship with Cass Business School’s Executive Education Programme
- Team-coaching executives to build presence
- Developing action plans and follow up
Building content for a leadership development programme for Yorkshire Water to include:
- Leveraging executive presence
- Motivating and inspiring others
Working with an international charity to implement a change process including:
- Running our iPPQ multi-site survey, working with focus groups and developing a new strategy
- Coaching the CEO
- Developing and implementing a change process
