Oxford-based consultancy iOpener lands major new international contracts in 2006 :

  • Designing and delivering a strategy and team session for a global team of 120 executives from packaging giant Tetra Pak in Florence which included:

    • Pre-meeting survey
    • Content development
    • Team leader coaching before and during the meeting
    • Designing and developing a Florence ‘safari’ team exercise

  • Designing and delivering ‘Writing with Impact’ for over 300 MBA students at London Business School. This included:

    • Testing all students twice on-line
    • Delivering 2 half-day sessions for all students over 8 days
    • Supporting all students who wanted virtual and actual coaching in this skill

  • Running a 2 day offsite session in Turin for the investment side of leading Dutch-based bank ABN Amro. This was to:

    • Decide the team’s ground-rules
    • Build inter-collegial commitment and knowledge-sharing
    • Assess the next steps

  • Embarking on a change process for Focus Solutions of Leamington Spa which involves:

    • Surveying the business and making recommendations to analyse and increase happiness
    • Designing and developing an all hands meeting
    • Facilitating meetings with a project team
    • Coaching key stakeholders
    • Training soft skills within the business

  • Helping the AELTC:

    • Identify their new culture
    • Plan what this is
    • Identify next steps for implementation
