Martin Brooks has a background in sales management both in B2B and B2C. He’s always been fascinated by the application of new skills and the potential results they bring both for individuals and their organisations. This has driven him to learn as much as possible about the link between learning and bottom line contribution.
Martin’s practical skills as a people manager and coach allow him to enthuse others to behave differently while giving them the confidence to do so. He has been involved in development and coaching for over 15 years and worked with iOpener for the past 2. In his capacity as facilitator and coach he has worked in sectors ranging from finance, to telcos, IT and education. And he works takes him regularly to the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Russia and Kazakhstan.
