Jane’s career as a management consultant has given her deep and broad experience in fostering individual, team and organisational capabilities. She has worked in strategy, marketing and corporate communications, and this latter area is where her passion lies. Communication is core to everyone's success regardless of the business. And it results in career advancement and visibility - at every level. She gains huge job satisfaction in showing people practical and effective tools to improve this vital skill.
Jane’s background means that she is easily able to spot issues and take action to implement suitable and long-lasting change. She works internationally and her clients include London Business School, McKinsey, PowerGen and Henley Management College.
She was Marketing Director of Wolff Olins and a consultant with C&K group. She did an Executive MBA at London Business School and read modern languages at Oxford which is where she now lives with her family.
