Jane's primary focus and excellence is as a coach. Her one-to-one executive coaching clients are primarily in the City of London, and include directors, partners and senior management in financial, legal and accounting firms.
In the past she has coached and consulted with a wide range of businesses in England and Europe, including legal and accountancy partnerships, banks, manufacturers and charitable organisations.
Jane is recognised as one of the UK's most experienced developers, trainers and supervisors of coaches. In the last 12 years she has personally written or co-authored seven separate coach training programmes.
Jane leads the iOpener team but has worked as a coach and consultant since 1991. Before this she was Human Resources Director in a national organisation, then an independent management consultant and facilitator, working in leadership and communication. She has appeared in two videos on coaching and has trained in MBTI, FIRO-B, Counselling, Psychosynthesis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
