Harry Shearer

  Print page

Harry joined iOpener as Operations Assistant in 2007, after graduating from Oxford University in 2006 with a degree in Biological Sciences. He is now enthusiastic to learn about the dynamics of business, and to discover how companies benefit from strategy consulting.

Harry is a keen writer, with a curiosity for how messages affect and shape businesses. He has experience in stage performance (singing and acting), and has great interest in the uses of expression and body language - and their implications as tools for business leaders.

He has soloed at the New York Lincoln Centre, Oxford’s New Theatre and three sell-out Edinburgh Fringe Festival runs; amongst many other prominent venues. Formerly a member of Oxford’s most acclaimed male singing group: Out of the Blue, he is now jazz soloist for the Oxford University Big Band.

Harry’s interests outside of work include skiing, tennis and wine-tasting.
