Ben joined iOpener as Operations Assistant in 2008, after graduating from Oxford University with a degree in Music. He is now enthusiastic to learn about the dynamics of business, and to discover how companies benefit from strategy consulting.

Ben is also an active musician and musical director, having directed ensembles including Oxford’s acclaimed vocal group, Out of the Blue, and having conducted musical tours across the UK, the USA and Japan. He is keen to discover how skills in directing, performing and delivering may be applied to help businesses to get the most out of their employees.
