Adrian’s key skills are in grasping problems and facilitating solutions with both senior and junior executives. And he does this because of his wide experience delivering high profile, high value and high end projects in telecommunications, infrastructure, organisational development and hospitality.

Adrian is passionate about people and this comes to life when he facilitates groups and teams, ensuring that he delivers a rewarding and valuable experience to everyone.

Over the past three years Adrian has been working as an organisational development consultant, designing and delivering change management solutions. These include organisational change, marketing, leadership, strength based coaching and project management.

Adrian has a degree in hospitality management from Brighton University, an MBA Diploma from the Open University and is qualified in Prince2.
