What are we working on?

1.IT organisation: consulting, teamwork, coaching and skills development
Following a re-org we are working with a business to develop and implement a strategic ‘Road Map:’ to increase morale and introduce company wide consulting skills. Having surveyed the business, we are facilitating offsites, coaching key individuals and running development sessions to support this change management process.

2. Mobile operator: leadership, teamwork and skills building
We are working with a UK mobile operator in the marketing management teams to help ensure delivery and resolve team issues. We have been running workshops and coaching senior management since June 2005.

3. Swiss Bank: coaching
We have recently been appointed as coaches to the managing board of the wealth management team. We are coaching 6 board members and our brief includes enabling them to implement a coaching culture within the bank.

4. Ongoing work at London Business School: training
We are the major provider of training to London Business School. We have delivered over 250 days of learning and development in the past 12 months across the 'MBA,' 'Executive and Global Executive MBA' and 'Sloan and Executive Education' programmes.

5. National and international television
We took part in the BBC 2 series ‘Making Slough Happy’ (Autumn 2005) as well as a happiness programme on CNN (December 2006). We are developing another project with the BBC on the business effects of unhappy office life.
